Per the California Labor Code, a QME shall complete within the previous 24 months of his, her or their term of appointment 12 hours of continuing education (16 hours April 2026) in disability evaluation, or workers' compensation-related medical dispute evaluation, or other workers' compensation-related topics.

This is the only course of its kind that teaches application of the 5th Guides while also reviewing the applicable case law. course will teach you the application of the Guides in addition to learning appropriate testing to get accurate Impairment ratings.
